Dear Nauset Parents, Guardians, and Staff,
Now that the school year is underway, it is essential that we ensure the accuracy of the contact information in our information system. Maintaining up-to-date information helps us effectively communicate with families and staff across the district.
To support this effort, we will be conducting a test of our communication system tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16 at 5:30 p.m. This test will include:
A phone call to your listed priority contact number, and
A text message (for those who have opted in to receive texts).
If you do not receive the test call or text, please refer to the instructions below for updating your contact information.
Thank you for helping us keep our communication system accurate and reliable.
Sincerely,
Glenn Brand, Ed.D.
Superintendent of Schools
Here are the step-by-step directions for updating information in ASPEN.

We hope you are having a wonderful summer! We would like to share some important information regarding communication from our school and the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
The district will be transitioning our primary communication tool from ParentSquare to Thrillshare. Thrillshare will also manage our new district website (http://nausetschools.org). Starting August 15th, ParentSquare will no longer be in use, so we encourage you to download the Nauset Thrillshare app. You can find more information, along with app download links and support resources, by visiting: https://www.nausetschools.org/page/mobile-app-and-rooms.
We recommend that you enable notifications for email, SMS (text messages), and app alerts so you can receive official information from OES in a timely manner. Communication from OES will primarily occur through Thrillshare.
To ensure effective communication, all parents must confirm that the information in Aspen is current and accurate. Please verify that your contact information is accurate and up to date in Aspen, our student information system. Additionally, all guardians must electronically sign the District Handbook and the Technology User Agreement.
You can access Aspen by going to the District website and clicking on the Aspen icon at the bottom of the page.
If you haven't downloaded the Nauset app, it is available for free in both the App Store and Google Play Store.
Thank you for your attention to these important updates!
Best regards,
Elaine Pender
