Dear Nauset Families,
The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) has launched the MCAS Family Portal, which lets families see their students' MCAS test results. Preliminary MCAS results from spring 2026 are currently available in the portal, along with results from past years (2023–2025). The MCAS Family Portal will be updated in September when final MCAS results are ready.
To access the MCAS portal, you will need your student’s unique registration code and their date of birth. To find your student’s code, log into your Aspen Go Parent Portal, click on the Family tab, and look for the MCAS Registration Code box.
Using that code and your student’s date of birth, sign into the MCAS Family Portal.

As part of this hands-on lesson, from the National Seashore, second-grade students explored informational texts, constructed a timeline to understand how long thorseshoe crabs have existed, and identified key body parts using real horseshoe crab molts!
The second-grade students had the exciting opportunity to learn about horseshoe crabs through a visit from the National Seashore.
