All Nauset Public Schools and offices will be closed again tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25.

Most of our schools remain without power, and there are still numerous trees down in neighborhoods across the region.

I remain in regular contact with our town administrators and emergency personnel. There is a collective agreement that, given the current conditions, this is the only responsible course of action at this time.

Residents are strongly encouraged to stay off the roads and remain at home to allow recovery and restoration work to continue safely and efficiently.

We will continue to closely monitor power restoration efforts and overall cleanup progress as we determine plans for the remainder of the week.
