The Nauset Girls Basketball team may have a 1-13 record, but as captain Kendall Faley put it, “our record does not reflect our efforts.” The team has been working incredibly hard, as captain Mari Brace emphasized, and their dedication paid off with an exciting overtime win against Monomoy.
Off the court, the team has been bonding through fun team dinners, building chemistry that will carry them through the rest of the season. With a few games left, the focus is on finishing strong and securing a win for the seniors on their special night. “Finish strong, get a win for seniors on their senior night,” says captain Kayla Harris.
Mark your calendars for March 12—Senior Night and the team’s fundraiser for Cape Cod’s Homeless Prevention Council! Come out and support the team as they look to close out the season on a high note. Go Warriors!

Nauset Boys Hockey continues its dominant season with a 16-0-1 record, as the team pushes toward a return to TD Garden. The captains credit the team’s success not just to hard work on the ice but also to the strong bond they’ve built off it. From locker room laughs to team poker nights, they say the chemistry they’ve developed has played a big role in their performance. “Bonding off the ice is definitely helping out on the ice,” says captain Logan Poulin. The Warriors are gearing up for a tough road matchup against No. 2 seed Medfield on February 17th at 5:30 pm and encourage fans to make the trip. They’re also expecting a big crowd for Senior Night on February 19th at 6 pm against Pembroke—so come out, be loud, and show your Warrior pride!
