This Saturday, December 6th is our wreath delivery day. If you ordered wreaths, please plan on picking them between 9am and 12 noon. When picking up your wreaths, please go to the parent pickup/drop off side of the building (near Snow Library). If for whatever reason you cannot pick them up during that time, please contact AJ McHugh at ptonrms@gmail.com. Any wreaths not picked up Saturday morning will be left locked up inside the school gate until Monday morning. We will also have a limited number of extra wreaths available to sell Saturday morning. Please be sure to deliver your wreaths right away as people will be anxiously awaiting your delivery.
We also need volunteers for Saturday morning (both students and adults) to help with unloading the wreaths from the delivery truck and organizing them for pickup. Volunteers should plan on arriving between 7:00-7:15am. Please bring gloves and warm clothes that you don't mind potentially getting pine sap on. If possible, please fill out the survey linked below if you or a family member plan to help out.

Grade 8 New York City Class Trip
Just a friendly reminder to sign-up for the grade 8 class trip to New York City. We need a minimum of 80 students for this special event to happen, so complete the registration today.
There are two important steps to register your student for the Grade 8 NYC Trip:
Step 1: Enroll through our tour company partner Hummingbird Student Tours using this link. https://bit.ly/naunyc26trip
Step 2: Complete the NRMS Enrollment Google Form using this link: https://forms.gle/kpnhV7P8kv3irAwM6
It is important for you to enroll so that we can have an accurate count of the number of students that plan on attending the trip. As mentioned in the meeting please enroll even if you can't pay the initial deposit at this time. We understand that families might have financial concerns. To that end we encourage participation in the PTO wreath fundraiser (students get $8 per wreath sold credited towards their trip) and we will have other opportunities for fundraising in the future. If, for whatever reason, you missed that meeting we are sharing a video recording (click here) that we encourage you to watch that explains a lot of the important information.
Please note that if we do not have enough students enrolled we will have to cancel the trip.
Also, there is trip insurance offered at an extra expense. If you are interested in that insurance please read the details carefully as there is a time frame that you need to sign up for after registering your student.
Please feel free to reach out to Mr. Peterson at petersonr@nausetschools.org with any questions.

The purpose of the wreath sale is to give students an opportunity to raise money towards their 8th grade trip. Every student can earmark a share for every wreath sold. The breakdown is: underclassmen (6th and 7th graders) earn $4 for every wreath sold, and for 8th graders it's $8 for every wreath sold.
Shortly, the school will reach out to the 8th grade students who have already raised money towards their goal as underclassmen from the last 1-2 years of wreath sales. Underclassmen take note, some of your eight grade classmates have already taken a meaningful chunk out of the overall costs going into this year's sale.
