For detailed benefit information directly from representatives, please attend an INFORMATION SESSION: Wednesday April 3, 2024 anytime between 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Representatives from Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, Delta Dental, Health Equity, Eye-

Med Vision Plan, Good Health Gateway, Pinnacle Care, and CanaRX will be

available to answer your questions. As well, representatives from Barnstable

County, SSI, Empower, Mission Square, AFLAC, and Rogers & Gray Insurance will

be present.

Biometric Screenings will be held at this Fair!

PRIZES: All who attend may enter a raffle for a chance to win gift

certificates to many local health related businesses!
