We will require the following information:

• For TEACHING positions
  • Substitute teachers must have completed a minimum of two years of college. We will require a copy of college transcripts or college degrees to verify college experience. If you have ever been a licensed teacher in any state, please provide a copy of your teaching license.
    
    
• For ALL SUBSTITUTE positions
  • References required.
  • Any offer of substitute employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check as follows:
    • CORI – Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information
    • SAFIS – National Background Check – Fingerprinting

*There is a $35.00 cost associated with the National Background fingerprint check that is not covered by the school district. It is understood that you agree to and will comply with all current and subsequent legislative or regulatory CORI or SAFIS requirements.
